WHEEL CENTERING RINGS

Wheel centering rings for passenger and off-road cars, vans and caravans. Limiting rings, also called centering rings or centering rings, are used to accurately center a cast wheel (ALU disc) with the wheel hub. In the case of inaccurate centering, vibrations and subsequent damage to the wheel hub and ALU disc may occur. In some cases, wheel bolts and nuts loosen on their own. What is important to know? Three parameters are measured for the center ring, namely the inner diameter, the outer diameter and the taper overlap. We measure the inner diameter on the wheel hub. This is the protruding part – the diameter of the wheel hub. We measure the outer diameter of the ring on the ALU disk. This is the size of the hole in the ALU disc. There we will also measure the overhang of the cone, which is the beveled surface (bearing surface) around the disc opening
